You can also report a complaint against any private shop, company or bank, which has cheated you by not offering right product or service. You can also report any scam or scandal happening in your city. It can be related to any college, school, or private institute, any political leader or government department, private companies such as false MLM companies, fraud Investment companies, construction companies and builders, fake marriage bureau, illegal NGO, etc.

We have frequently faced problems with our gas agency, bank, courier company, service provider for DTH, prepaid, postpaid, etc. This website acts as a public consumer forum, We are soon going to launch a section to help you with format of complaint letters, sample complaint letter, video on laws and rights of consumers for redressal, essay and articles on graft, slogans on corruption, how to prevent fraud, etc for more awareness.

What is the purpose of this website?

This website is for a common man to raise voice against wrong people in the society. Today, even the right person is looked upon with doubt because of a few corrupt people in same industry. That is not fair. Let's clean up the country.

Apart from that, common man also needs a platform to share new ideas and suggest reforms for better administration of the city. There is no common forum today to report lost and found items, inform about accidents to enable helping and contacting the family of concerned person. This website aims to become biggest community for such causes. Please share your feedback with us to make our mission successful. Is there any fees for the services?

It's free! There is no fees for posting anything on this website. Our mission is to make Amravati city beautiful and livingful.

What action is taken after the complaint is submitted on this website?

There are three steps. Firstly, this website is going to be visited by millions of Indians regularly, so we are going to see people power force the change. Secondly, we are sure that responsible people in government will notice these complaints and take action in their departments. Thirdly, we are sure that senior judges and advocate generals of honourable courts of India will notice your complaints and frame acts that prevent corruption. Still, we can't guarantee action on all complaints, but it is better to start, rather than waiting!

Is this a government website?

No, this is not a government website, neither we are ombudsman. We all have seen that it is not necessary that submitting complaint on official website helps any better, rather the role of media - TV, Newspapers, Internet - are becoming anti-corruption specialists. Hence we have taken this initiative!

If I submit a complaint, will my name and contact information be visible to others?

We only ask for your name, email, subject, and your message. You can put a name if you want to hide your real name, but make sure you put the correct email ID so that we can inform you about the response to your complaints, etc. Your email ID will be shown on website, it is just stored in our private system.
